Sorry I didn't start this right, My name is Moe Bacon and I live in a little town in the middle of Iowa Bagley.Have been Bar-B-Q ing for some time [ 61 ]. Just build a UDS smoker have used it a couple of times. Works really good,far as I can tell. Brother in law build one first then he add a blower and a couple of other things. And then l want to do that to but can pay the price for the blower.Right now l am grilling two chicken legs for supper [Hope there not burnt] Gas Grill. Know some thing but my farther says you can alway know more. Drinking beer now will get back ,Later

First off welcome to SMF there Moe. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
