Hello all, New here, wanted to take a second to say hello and I am glad I found the forums. I am a jerky lover! Been making jerky most of my life. The last 15 years I worked in a couple large to medium sized jerky companies, then began making my own jerky at home for a hobby and then as a business. I have a jerky blog that I update daily as well as a podcast all about jerky. I wont post a link right here because that is not why I am writing this however if you want to check it out ( i wouldnt tell you not to do that ) there is a link in my profile. I am trying to get involved in the conversations around here the last couple days and will more as time goes on. I hope to share recipes and jerky knowledge if anyone cares... haha.
