New here, not so new to smoking.

Hi, I'm Greg, and I'm a smoker. My drug of choice is meat, brisket, spare ribs, chicken breasts, salmon, it all gets me going.... Oh, wait, wrong meeting, I don't want to stop this addiction.
Seriously, I use a Traeger and my motto is; I've never had a bad meal off a Traeger. My wife agrees with that statement, because I've ruined some perfectly good meat on the gas grill.
I live in Southern California where I can ride my motorcycle year round. I'm a retired Marine, did 30 years, and loved every minute, I say that now, not then all the time though. Married for almost 30 years and have three grown kids.
