I`m new here just happened to come across this from amazing ribs.com.I bought a Brinkmann gourmet charcoal smoker did some mods to it (added 3 lower dampers to the charcoal pan and 1 on the lid and put some legs on it).Now here comes my questions.I used Wicked good lump for the first time it burned awesome but what do i do with the leftovers?Can I use them in the chimney or put`em back in the pan?Also whats the opinion on soaking smokin chunks or not to soak?
