New here but have been a smoker for years ;-)

Hi everyone,

My name is Daniel and I live in the great state of SC. I'm a hobby smoker but I have fallen in love with my little 30" MES. I can say it has contributed to a few smokers being bought among my friends. It's hard to beat smoked BButts and ribs with smoked baked beans on the side. I just purchased a AMNP smoking tray today and hope to put it to work next week.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
