Hey everyone I'm Doug from Peterborough Ontario Canada. I've been Bbqing for 35 years , and smoking here and there for 15. I tried a 13lb Turkey yesterday and it was a great success. I have a Weber kettle, a vertical water smoker, and 2 propane grills as well. Id like to make some jerky and smoke some cheese for fun.well I'm ready to learn and offer any advice if I can .
