coastal....east of course...
Hi folks, I'm new here and ran across your forum when researching some smoked fish ideas....I just started smoking and have made about 50 pounds of beef jerky so far...I'm using an electric smoker for lack of time to hover around a fire...tweaking...etc...anyway, I'm in coastal Maryland and spend a lot of time on thr water...hence the smoked fish search...

On another note I do cook quite a bit and make several fresh sausages and have wanted to try adding some cure and smoking the Polish style...

I hope to learn all about that awesome flavor of "SMOKE"...
