Evening everyone. I'm from Alberta Canada and have been constantly reading the forums on here for quite some time for hints and tips on everything from Smoking different meats to sausage making. I thought it's about time I join the group and ask some of my own questions and possibly share some of our own successes as well if possible.

I'm currently looking for any tips/recipes for making a moose/deer/pork sausage. I'm looking at making another batch up this weekend and normally I just do either a moose/pork or a deer/pork mix but I'm thinking this weekend I want to do a combined meat sausage of both game animals and do up a 30lb batch. Anyone with any ideas or tips they can share?

Welcome to the forum! I'm not a sausage maker, but a lot of others here are. Use the search bar to find recipes-lots of info on here. Glad to have you aboard, David.

Welcome to the forum. This is a great place to learn and share ideas. The search bar works great for finding info. If you don't find an answer, start a thread and wait for several different answers.
