Howdy all!
My name is Jim, and I am new to the world of Smoking. I have smoked a few turkeys and a boston butt so far. Those turned out great, but I'm sure I can get better at this. I have a cheap propane smoker at the moment, but I'm in the process of collecting materials for a brick smoker. I am actively searching for plans so I can figure out exactly how I want to make it. I live in Tennessee, and am looking forward to learning the fine art of smoking. Me and my boys love to grill, and this will add some spice to our family time....

Welcome to the forum, Jimbo! Hobbies like cooking and smoking are a good way to spend time with the boys. My boy only wants to come over after the food is smoked but he really appreciates it!!
