Just joined today.  I have a Backwoods smoker I bought a few years ago and just got a SmokinTex 1400 I found at an estate sale yesterday.  I live in Shreveport, LA.  
 
Wow! Those are some nice cabinet smokers.. like restaurants have in the kitchen ..
Hope you have good luck with smoking and find help and info here like I have.
