Hi all, long time lurker, finally signed up. I enjoy smoking all types of food in my electric smoker, bit am currently in the process of building an over-the-top wooden smokehouse to give me a few more options. I'll try to figure out how to share some pictures. I make alot of venison summer sausage, sticks, and jerky, as well as all variants of pig. Glad to be here abd hopefully pick up some tips and recipes from people a lot smarter than me!
