Hey all, new guy here from Indiana. I have been around the forum for a few months just reading but I thought I might as well join. I'm still new to smoking meat, but I've done it a few times. I've smoked 10 pork shoulders on a borrowed side by side and a couple more on a borrowed vertical smoker for different occasions.
I can't afford to buy a nice smoker but I still wanted something of my own to use. I just got done building a Mini WSM to remedy that. Last weekend was my first cook with it and it performed very well. I plan on starting a UDS build shortly to be able to smoke larger amounts for get togethers etc.
