New guy

    Hello,

    My name is Chris and I just started making sausage with my kitchen aide mixer/sausage attachment about a month ago. I'm a some-time homebrewer and I also make cheese. I'm looking to break into fermented sausages, but I don't want to die - so I hope this is the place to learn how to do that (make fermented sausage, not the dying part). Any help is really appreciated.

    Welcome to the forum Chris!  I don't do the sausage but I can guarantee that anybody that helps out hasn't died yet!
