My name is John. From central Texas. Been reading the threads on here for the past few days. Really enjoying the wealth of knowledge you guys have on tips, tricks, and mods. I recently picked up a Old Country Wrangler from Academy. It's a huge step up from my large charbroiler without the FB. I seasoned it the day I got it. I plan on firing it up this weekend and just play with the temps and fire management. I just pick up a couple of rows of seasoned oak from a local guy. Can't wait to get started!
