Hey I'm Jeff. I'm self employed & own a busy detail shop. I'm from Youngstown Ohio area, so I slow down a bit in the winter.. so I'm picking up smoking more since I had no time this summer. I have a masterbuilt 20072414 I bought it a few months ago used & tryed different chips with different meat. Didn't really do to much research, just half assed prep work & too many chips.
