Hey Dewhite here,.....new to the site ,....looks very promising, seem to have a wide array of info and help forums available.

i live in central florida , having moved from NC,...enjoy curing (very new at this) and smoking meats, veggies ,...looking forward to using this site for help and recipes, both giving and receiving.
