Hello all,
Have been reading your forum for sometime now and finally decided to join. I'm a full time paramedic and part time welder. I have a charbroil smoker that I plan on modifying a bit. Right at this very moment I'm cooking my first brisket. So wish me luck. Thank you for the wealth of information all of you have provided me so far.

Welcome from SC. Glad you've gotten your feet wet in this great activity. There are lots of folks here that are always ready to share their ideas and tips. All you hve to do is ask. Good luck and keep on smokin', Joe

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a nice cloudy day in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
