I first prowled this forum while watching a 40" MES on Ebay. Bought it, and bought the

AMNPS 5x8 on the advice of a legion of contributors here. So many bragged about it, I initially thought this entire site was an advertising front for it.

First two reasons I bought the smoker

was tasting smoked chicken at a friend's place, and second, the price of good beef versus

smokable everything else. Admittedly a complete ignorant noob on smoking any food, but have

learned a lot already here.

Born on a dairy farm, short order cook for several years (brother's restaurant The Baker's Square in eastern NC,

hence I am a BSCook).

Currently a commercial chicken farmer at 4:30 AM and run a sales counter at a steel roll forming plant 7-5 M-F.

Located in western Ky.
