Hello all, mainly here to steal all of your ideas, no worries about me competing against you unless you are heading to Korea sometime soon. Have a 30in Masterbuilt Electric smoker. I would love to move up to a stick burner eventually but apartment living says electric or gas. Apparently you can't turn off a charcoal fire if you set the building on fire!!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
