Hey guys and gals.
I live in the Houston Texas area. New to welding and metal work. Not new to cooking though.
I have a few different cookers. Found your site while looking for ideas on my offset build.

Hey Chris, welcome to the forum from East Texas,  Lots of pit builders in Houston, visit a couple and get some ideas, nothing like seeing them in person.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Gary S. I have visited quite a few and plan on borrowing some of their design ideas.

That's what I did on my first build, went to a BBQ cook off and got me motivated then visited a couple of builders around here and research on the internet.

Good Luck and keep us posted
