Cheers everyone!!

My name is Brian and I live with my wife and 3 kids in Anthem, Az..

I just bought a master built digital electric smoker and fiddling around with the charcoal grill "smoker method. I love licking back by the pool on Sundays and having a beer and smoking something delicious (hopefully)

Looking forward to the advice and tips/tricks on here to make me better at this hobby.

In my free time I love music, going to concerts, sports (go dbacks!) and outdoor type stuff like pools, parks, etc.

Hello from Northern Illinois and welcome to the group. I to enjoy the weekends spent by the smoker, just wish I had the pool part sometimes. Good luck and have fun with it. Big cook planed for myself but will be next weekend. Keep smoking
