Hello, I am writing from windy and cold central Wisconsin.  I am a rookie smoker that has been looking at some of the forums lately.  Had a charcoal bullet type smoker that I did not get much opportunity to use...so just got an electric one for Christmas.  Planning to start out today with some St Lousi style ribs to test it out.  Appreciate all the great posts on this site!
