Hello All,

Making my first post as recommended. 

Live in Iowa, bought a Large Green Egg a few months ago, and am enjoying learning how to use it.

So far, doing pretty well with BBQ Ribs and Spatchcock chicken.

Pizza not so well.

Looking forward to seeing your posts.
