I live in Fargo Nd and have been smoking meats for years. Started with a Brinkman Charcoal smoker and just couldn't get the hang of it so I gave it up for a few years. Then I bought a small electric smoker and I was hooked from that time on. I went to a propane smoker and am having a blast with it. I think i will be buy a charcoal grill then one I get the hang of it will be graduating to a charcoal/wood smoker.

I smoked a Pork butt this past weekend at Deer camp and I think it was my best yet.
