First off, thanks for having me! I am currently in missouri, but that changes every few years due to me being in the military. I am relatively new to smoking meats. I have been at it for about a year and a half now. Started off on an el cheapo charbroiled 80 dollar side barrel and recently upgraded to a traeger bronze lil tex pro.
