[bad lands bbq]

Hello,

My name is Eric- my bbq team is Bad Lands BBQ.  New team name.  I have been cooking both compitition and just for public events for about 8 years.  I have a smoker built by Kerney trailers, nothing special but works well.  I have some plans I drew up for a new one but havent time or money to get it started.  I have worked with an electric coop for the last 8 years then took a new job in New Mexico with a different coop.  The reason for the team name change...   Some friends and I cooked as Smoke Wagon Delux for the last few years and under our coops name before that- but did very little compatitions.  My first effort in NM will be in late June at the Smok'n at the Pecos,  looks to be a good one.  good to be on here- hope to get to know yall soon!
