I've been grilling and smoking meats for a while, but haven't really tried anything to advanced. I live in Oregon and usually end up with an abundance of game meat throughout the year. I thought the forums here could really help me with some new ideas and tips and trciks and some more advanced recipes. I've been reading through some of the posts and it's amazing how much great info there is.

Welcome, glad ya joined us ! Any questions just ask or the search bar at the top can be a good quick reference !
