hello all. my name is Luke and I'm the new guy here. I live in central Missouri and just recently got interested in smokers. a week or so ago I saw a friend smoke a couple Pork Butts on a weber bullet smoker and I was fascinated by it and it was such good food I had to try it. a few days ago my sister told me that she had a smoker and they never used it and said I could have it so I jumped on it. it is a Brinkman smoker.
don't know a lot about smoking meat but am looking forward to learning. I have subscribed to the 5day eCourse and hopefully soon will be giving it a try when I can figure it all out.
feel free to help the newbie out I'm good with any kind of help from just getting started and simple recipes to anything at all.
