I'm new to the SMF but have been using Jeff's recipes for well over a two years, I finally bought the recipe's for his rubs and after making a few small changes they are great. I'm an Egg Head but I also have a side by side that doesn't get used much at the ranch. I enjoy the creativity that the comes with smoking meat or grilling on the BGE. I did the Cream Cheese Jalapeno Chicken Breast for the family yesterday for my wife's birthday and it was spectacular. I got lots of you need to add that one to the rotation.
