Good evening all My name is Ken and I live in Vernon, B.C. Canada. I used to be a meat cutter (20 YRS.) I am now a tin basher. I love hunting and plan to get started smoking my own game. I have my a home made smoker made from sheet metal with an electric element. I look forward to learning from all of you and enjoying the fruits of my labour.
