Hi everyone, I live in Edinburgh in Scotland and I got myself a 22" charcoal Weber Kettle in August last year. (I moved into a house with a garden - a bit of a rarity here.) I found out about Low n slow not long after. I've been doing rib racks every 2-3 weeks over the winter and did my first pork butts last weekend which I was pretty pleased with. I've only just found the forum so I am looking forward to learning and hopefully passing on knowledge in the future. A trip to the US for a BBQ pilgrimage is on the bucket list.
