Hi everyone, brand new smoker here. Ordered my first rig tonight ... 40" Masterbuilt 20070311 so the all stainless model. Picked up an amazn 5x8 pellet smoker, and a 40# bag of cookin pellets house blend.
A buddy of mine here in town fixes some of the best pork and wings I've ever had so I had to take a shot at it myself. Hopefully I can turn out some good meat!
