Whats going on everyone.

Name is Jason from Lawrenceville.

Been smoking meats for about 3 years using a variety of devices.

I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker, the good ole cheap vertical smoker, and the Char-Griller Akorn. Just purchased the Rec Tec mini for my intro into pellet smoking.  Any advice would be helpful
