Well, here in Buffalo it's currently about 20Â°F. What better weather for BBQ? Actually, I'm new to the whole world of smoking meat. I love BBQ & my mother-in-law decided to buy me a smoker for Christmas. (I love you Mom!!) I just sured the smoker this past weekend & I am itching to take it for a test run. From what I've read, pork shoulder is fairly forgiving to newbies, so I figured that that would be a good place to start. Anyway, I'm looking forward to reading through the posts here. I have a lot to learn.
