Hi folks! I'm brand new to your site and still pretty new at smoking too.
I bought an all American BBQ Systems smoker from a friend. It's a great piece of equipment. My first brisket was great, ribs were OK. The second briskest was out if this world! I'm going to love smokin. Tomorrow it's a whole pork tenderloin, 2 meatloafs and some baked taters!
