Hello and thanks for a great place to learn how to smoke meats!!! I started with a Brinkman electric kettle that had no control what so ever about 3 years ago. It is "ok" but always wanted something better and didn't use it very much. Found a sale on an MES 30" and got it a week ago. It is a great piece for me to use. I am sure I will learn lots about it from all the experience on this forum. I have done 2 smokes on it and will post pics in a bit. Thanks!!!!!

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from another hot and humid day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
