I would like to say hello to everyone. I am new to the site and look forward to learning a lot from everyone. I am an ex-meat inspector, and professional Chef. I just finished building my first smoker from a 120 gal propane tank. I hope to make another one.

I am from the PNW, Pacific North West (go SEAHAWKS) Washington. Out on the Olympic Peninsula. Lots of wet weather out here, hence the name rainnecks. Ok lets get the learning going. If any one has ever been to the Texas A and M BBQ camps would you tell me about it? Is it fun? OK thanks for having me.

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a cold and chilly day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
