I would like to say hello to everyone. I am new to the site and look forward to learning a lot from everyone. I am an ex-meat inspector, and professional Chef. I just finished building my first smoker from a 120 gal propane tank. I hope to make another one. I am from the PNW, Pacific North West (go SEAHAWKS) Washington. Out on the Olympic Peninsula.
