Southern Cali.
Hello everyone i just wanted to say how great it is to find a forum of the sort!! I love cooking and every aspect of it. I have trying almost everything from cheese making to making French croissants and very proud to say that i have been successful at it. I love to BBQ i think everything tastes better smoked. But now i want to give making sausages a shot. Am in the process of adding a needle valve to my propane smoker for the same reason. I hope if i have any questions i can get some help in this great forum. As i stated before its great to have a place were people can chit-chat about BBQ.

thanks

Welcome to SMF! Ask any questions ya want, someone will have an answer. Actually, you'll probably get different answers to the same question. That's what I like about this place.
