Hi fellow smokers! My name is Adrian I live Henderson NV just outside Vegas and cant wait to learn the fine art of smoking. As my sig says I am going to be building my own UDS here shortly. I currently have a home depot propane smoker and an offset charbroil bbq smoker unit. I have done some ribs( just Ok), pork ( which my kids actually love), and my first ever tri-tip which actually was tasty. But I know I have a lot to learn and I hope to take the time and read some of the threads and ask questions. So thank you ahead of time for any advice
