Hi. Just found this forum and decided to hook up with y'all. I've been foolin' round with my Char Broil smoker for a few years now and I'm surprised as to how much I enjoy it. Not a pro, by any means, but I cook well enough to get by and I havn't done a lot of fancy stuff but I'm open to suggestions. Haven't gotten any complaints about my food, so far and I'm looking forward to hanging out here and learn a few things thanks.........Dan.
