hi everyone!!! i am very excited to be part of this group...my buddy nate speaks highly.....
i live in Rochester, ny and have tried a little of everything...but not much experience doing each...i have smoked shoulders, butts, ribs and chicken...all on a make shift smoker(old propain grill that i yank the parts out of) so almost everything i have done has been with direct heat....i am getting married in sept...and im registering for a smoker and remote them...and rotisserie) i love cooking of all sorts and have really become a great griller and hoping to extend that to my love for smoked meats!!!
