I have been shopping for an electric smoker and I finally got one in the mail today.I decided on the Smokin-it #1 and I am quite pleased so far.The build quality is great and it's a heavy little sucker. I bought the Smokin-it because it has an easily replaceable heating element and it's not digital. I have had teribble luck with digital readouts.I cant wait to start smokin.
