I have been grilling food for years & became interested in smoking last year. So first I built my "smoke shack", (a starplate dome) to keep my equiptment dry. This forum has been a great source of info as I have learned the ropes. Thanks to everyone who shares their know how here. This summer I have smoked everything from ribs,to fatties, chicken, eggs, brisket and porkloin. As soon as I learn how to post pic's, ( have to get my kid's help!) I'll show off my stuff! Thank's again, Dave in Seattle

My tools: Char-broil silver smoker
Weber 22 1/2" & smokey joe
Little Chief smoker
Planning my UDS!

Glad to see another Pacific NW person join the fray! Who says you can't run a smoker in an area where it rains 9 months out of the year!

But I do agree.... a coverd porch or something is a must for the part of the world... lol. I got a nice covered porch that fits my Char-griller Smokin' Pro perfectly!
