I have been grilling food for years & became interested in smoking last year. So first I built my "smoke shack", (a starplate dome) to keep my equiptment dry. This forum has been a great source of info as I have learned the ropes. Thanks to everyone who shares their know how here. This summer I have smoked everything from ribs,to fatties, chicken,eggs, brisket and porkloin.As soon as I learn how to post pic's, ( have to get my kid's help!) I'll show off my stuff!
