Hi Guys! I am Eugene from Seattle area, state WA. I just got my the very first smoker, it is some kind of electrical Masterbuild with digital controls. I do not have any smoking experience at all. I want to smoke some of fishes I usually catch from the ocean, mostly small to medium sized flounders and sculpins. I tried to find some recipes here, but no luck. So I would appreciate any advises on flounders and sculpins smoking. Thank you in advance!

  Eugene!  I don't have any flounder or sculpin recipes, but I bet any whitefish recipe would be good. Lots of salmon cures and recipes here, though. This is the best smoking site on the web!
