just wanted to say hi im new here and hoping to learn alot i really just started smoking last year in a uds ( ugly drum smoker vertical ) i built myself and was hooked but when i built it it was fall and i didnt have much time since it gets really cold since then i was given a ecb ( el cheapo brinkmann ) that i modded a lil and i just got a masterbuilt electic smoker yesteday its a lil insulated so im hoping to use that one in the winter im going to true smoking pumpkin seeds today to test it out . im going to do two turkey breasts for thanksgiving my first so how doyou all do yours what rubs what kinda wood any lil tips or tricks will help . as you can see im hooked on smoking now so just wanted to say hi and i look forward to learning alot
