I just got into smoking last year. Bought a 40" masterbuilt sportsman electric smoker. Weston 5 lb stuffer. Cabelas grinder. This year, built a outhouse style cold smoker. Smoke mostly with oak and hickory saw dust. Love making snack sticks, bologna, sausage, summer sausage. Even though I'm fairly new to smoking, I must say... I'm doing pretty good so far. Learning a lot.
