Hello everyone, I just got a new smoker for xmas so I'm just starting to learn when I came upon this great looking site, My smoker is a Masterbuilt 44 inch gas smoker, I'm from PA, Hoping to learn all I can from here, My main thing is to do beef jerky and cheese, But also some BBQ of course, Looking forward to meeting a lot of great folks.
