New Guy from Oregon

    Hi everyone I live in Oregon and got my first smoker less than a year ago. It is a master-built 30in. Been lurking these forums since I got it. lol Did my first brined turkey for Thanksgiving using  the Slaughterhouse Poultry Brine I found here. Was my first chance to try out my new AMNPS with pecan pellets. Turned out great!!!! I also

    have the AMNS and a bunch of dust but the pellet smoker works better for what I do so I will be selling the AWNS and the dust here in the Classified ads   [​IMG][​IMG]

    First off welcome to SMF. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
