Hi. Guys & Girls.

Ex limey, far north California for the past 10 years. Been Q'ing for 20 yrs.
Carpenter by trade.
Love to cook anything on the bbq and do a little catering to keep the wolves from the door.
Around here people only know tri-tip and chicken so I get fed up to the back
teeth of cooking the same 'ole thing for weddings.
At home I experiment cooking all sorts of things ( some good, some crap ) but I have a great time doing it !! and thats what it's all about is'nt it?.
I have 3 WSMs, 1 Gasser, 1 home built offset and a huge grillco grill that I use for catering. I'm thinking of selling the grillco if anybody is interested.
Anyway looking forward to learning from you guys. If anybody wants to know anything about tri-tip and chicken, let me know.

Regards.

bbqclive.

I live in Medford. I have some good friends that just moved to the Cottonwood area. That's probably somewhere close to you huh?

Welcome aboard, you'll love it here.

Welcome to the SMF, from way down south of you. It's all good.

Welcome aboard! I am just a few miles south of you in Corning.

I hear ya about the tri tip and chicken thing -- seems like that is all you see at events around here. Lots of good folk here to take your mind off that though and talk about cookin' other things.
